I have been sucessfully selling real estate in Puerto Penasco since 1999.  My experience has since expanded into property management and developing.  All this experience has helped me to better understand the unique legal system and tools available to investors to securely purchase in Mexico.  Understanding and being able to navigate through the legal process is an absolute necessity.  Being a well informed buyer will allow you to make wise decisions.
